Cindy Dumbell , Director of Operations
Cindy started her working career fresh out of high school as a corporate travel agent for American Express. She learned a lot along the way and met great people. Looking for a new challenge, Cindy attended Devry University part time to earn her Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, while working full time at Xerox, as a sales support associate. She eventually became a sales executive at Xerox, and after almost eight years, Cindy craved a more balanced and flexible lifestyle. Her life was rich with two kids, a mortgage, a hard working husband and a love for running and triathlons. Cindy joined the LifeMoxie Team as the Director of Operations to keep her own moxie alive and pass it on!
Cindy's philosophy in life: keep educating yourself; all the strength you need is within you, you just have to find it and always put a smile on your face, even when you are complaining, because then it doesn’t seem that bad. |

Robin Smiley, Event Manager
Robin has had as many careers as she has shoes, and she has a big closet. After she tried teaching kindergarten for a year she decided she needed something with a little more excitement and ran away to join the circus where she was a trapeze artist in the Bahamas. After two years she hung up her leotard and managed a small restaurant in Newport Beach while she figured out when, or if, real life might begin. Real life came and took her to UC Berkeley's School of Law, Boalt Hall, where she received a JD and went on to practice corporate law with Fenwick and West. The lure of leaving the real life and riding the dot com wave was too much and she left to become Head of Business Development and US Operations for GorillaPark. She left GorillaPark to start her own event planning business and then moved to run the Headlands Institute Conference Center. Three years went by in a blink of the eye and Robin decided she needed a new challenge, so she started business school at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley and recently received her MBA. She has embraced the new challenges of making LifeMoxie! events fabulous and fulfilling! |

Trish Fullerton, Chief Graphic Designer
Late in the 20th century Trish Williams, touched by the madness of true love, threw caution to the winds, said goodbye to friends and family and uprooted her life in the Texas Hill Country as an industrialist and winegrower with her parents, to join forces with the love of her life (Dennis Fullerton) and to live happily ever after in Mountain View, CA. Having earned her degree in Art from The University of Texas at Austin in the early '70s, and working several years as an advertising art director in the top advertising agencies in Dallas, she fell back on those creative talents to reinvent herself out here on the edge of the continent. She hired
Ann Tardy to help her set up her freelance graphic design business. "I didn't know how to run my own business. Ann transformed me from clueless into confident: someone that I would want to do business with!" Then Ann hired Trish to help her with her own graphic projects. Trish is delighted to be on the LifeMoxie! team to help with their mission of inspiring and empowering others to turn their dreams into reality.
